HIGH QUALITY AIR-HYDRAULIC JACKS FOR AIRCRAFTS

AC Hydraulic has more than 45 years experience of producing high quality jacks and has now designed 3 air-hydraulic jacks especially for aircraft – MLG and NLG. With capacities of 25 and 65 t respectively the jacks are suitable for the majority of wide body aircrafts.

The compact design, telescopic handle and the excellent manoeuvrability ensure that the jacks are easily placed correctly under the lifting point.

Flexible operation mode.

PhotoAC65-1APAircraftJackThe built-in 3-source operation mode ensures that the air jacks can operate in any given situation either by using air directly from the aircraft wheels, a mobile nitrogen service cart (pressure controlled) or stationary compressed-air.

Compact and manoeuvrable Air operated lifting and lowering is controlled from the telescopic handle which also ensures a long reach. The design offers rapid ram retraction without load.

Safety, quality and service.

The jacks are constructed in compliance with the aircraft standards EN1915:2001 and EN12312-19:2005. A manual lowering valve for emergencies, built-in safety valve to prevent overload and an emergency release guarantee optimum safety.

All jacks are produced at our factory in Viborg, Denmark, where we have a long tradition for offering excellent service and a guarantee to supply a spare parts for at least 10 years.
