This stainless high lifting hand pallet truck is specially produced for fisheries, slaughterhouse – and pharmaceutical industry. Places where there are high demands on hygiene, environment and sanitation.
As the highlifter is made of stainless steel, which means that it can withstand the majority of instances of the moisture and chemical cleaning. For particularly aggressive environments, the pallet truck can be manufactured in acid resistant stainless steel. We can offer 2 different highlifters with a capacity of 1000 kg: The manual highlifter have ‘quick’ lift function. The electric high lift is a good solution where requiring many lifts during the workday. On both of these models the lowering of the load is controlled by a release handle, which enables the operator to accentuate the lowering speed to any level.
Stability
A set of side stabilizers is automatically moved towards the floor, when the forks are lifted, and finally at full height they lift the steering wheels free of the floor. In this position they act as a parking brake. The load wheel supports have been shaped in such a way that they almost touch the floor when forks at full height. They therefore secure the front stability further.
Hydraulic Pumps
The 2 stage manual pump includes a ‘quick lift’ valve, which doubles the lifting speed when the load is less than 100 kg. The electro-hydraulic pump is furnished with a relief pressure valve. The pump unit is protected by a plastic cover. On both models the lift cylinder is welded directly onto the base plate of the pump, and the oil reservoir is welded around the lift cylinder, which means efficient tightness.
