Warranty & Returns

All items come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty at your expense. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or other causes. If a manufacturing fault is found, we’ll refund the return shipping cost. Items like batteries or cables are not covered unless proven defective. If your delivered goods are faulty, damaged, or missing accessories, please contact us promptly after delivery. If possible, note any damage on the courier’s paperwork.

Your Consumer Rights

If you’re a consumer, you can cancel the Contract within 14 days of receiving the Products and receive a full refund per our refunds policy. To cancel, notify us in writing via email, website form, or post. Return the Product(s) to us within 14 days of cancellation, in their original condition, at your own cost and risk. You’re responsible for the Products’ care while in your possession. If the Products’ value diminishes due to your handling (beyond what’s necessary to determine their nature and characteristics), we may reduce your refund accordingly, up to the full cost of the goods.

For returns after the 14-day period due to purchase errors or unwanted items, a 30% handling and restocking fee will apply. You’ll cover the return shipping cost, including all accessories and packaging.

Contact us promptly to receive a Goods Return Form, which you’ll need to fill out and return with the goods. Our goods must conform to the contract.

Our Refunds Policy

When you return a Product to us:
If you cancel the Contract within the 14-day cooling-off period:

  • We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
  • You’ll receive a full refund of the Product price.
  • We’ll refund the standard delivery cost but not any premium service charges.
  • You’re responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using recorded delivery for returns to avoid transit damage or loss.

For other reasons (e.g., disagreement with terms, defective Product):

  • We’ll examine the returned Product and notify you of our decision (repair, replace, or refund) via email within a reasonable time.
  • Repairs, replacements, or refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the defective Product.

Refund details:

  • If you opt for a refund due to a defect, it will be processed as per our refunds policy.
  • We’ll refund the part of the delivery charge related to the defective Product and the return shipping cost.
  • No additional charge for redelivery of repaired or replaced Products.
  • If you return the defective Product using your courier, we’ll refund up to our original delivery charge, excluding any upgrades, upon receipt of proof of carriage costs.

For Orders over 6 months old with confirmed defects:

  • Refund will be calculated based on the Order’s age, and you’ll receive a proportionate refund of the original purchase price.
  • Original carriage cost will not be refunded.
